Why cant I login to the app, I used correct username and password?? I see the popup "User Authenticate Successfully- The User has already registered with other device" every time I enter the my info.

A professional app for biz & banking. I like the Color & the Simplicity of this app. So I rate 4.5 star for user experience! A nice design make me feel not boring every go to the app. So 5 star for design!!!
